The Chili half-smokes are delicious and (surprisingly) not ridiculously overpriced ($6.50 at the park, $5.80 at the restaurant). And the view from the lower-level seats up the RF line is good. I wouldn't say it's not worth the trip. But the home team's not worth the admission, and the Cubs have made their annual visit, so I'm probably done for there for the year.
