Eh, Byrd was asked about it and he said he was pretty sure that Votto was joking as they got along fine in the locker room.
So, I'm going to file this one under "who gives a shit?" and get back to whatever it is I'm doing.

They refer in the review to his girl friend as being "weird looking". If she is "weird looking" then I don't think that my ateries could withstand "bizarre".

Psych watchers, how much does Santa Barbara play into the show? The one time I watched it I saw the courthouse but haven't caught it since. Do they ever go to beach house parties in Isla Vista and eat burritos at Freebird's until 6 in the morning with bikini-clad UCSB students? I think the show is actually filmed in Canada. Looks more like Evanston to me. Evanston, Canada. You know what I've always been amazed by? How much Korea looked like the hills of Southern California... I always liked the scenes where Hawkeye's Jeep pulls into camp off of Mullholland Drive.

Anyone here use roku or another internet media device? Now that hulu plus is out, seems like the need for comcast may diminish in a few years, outside of internet access.
My blu ray does Netflix on Demand. It's awesome, even doing a fair number of films in HD via Wi Fi. Comcast on demand is still good for current stuff like TV series episodes missed. Hulu would do that as well, I guess. Semi-related, we just moved to South Jersey and yesterday I had Verizon Fios internet and tv hooked up. The net speed and performance so far has been outstanding. The HD package is a little lacking in actual HD content I give a shit about. Basically I'm whining that they don't carry G4 and Cartoon Network in HD (and a couple other channels). So a friend and I were discussing the idea of getting a couple HD sling boxes so he could get channels I have and vice versa. Not all that sure on how exactly we'd get it all working or if the channel changing would be possible or what. Anyone have experience with the sling boxes? Detroit to South Jersey. What's next on your list? Buffalo? Oakland? You prefer maybe Fresno?

Michael Gruber? I think that he has written around seven mysteries/thrillers. I am currently reading one about the discovery of a Shakespeare manuscript and by page 80 I still don't know what the mystery is, but the book jacket says that someone gets killed.

This show just isn't entertaining anymore. Well, on second thought, the shot of Jerry Jones trying to walk and talk on the telephone at the same time was kind of funny.

Did Chuck write that title? I sure didn't write that piece. Vision from Hendry? Now? The guy's been here since 1995 and in this specific role since 2003. Where was that vision 7 years ago? I've seen executives in the same position for 20, even nearly 50 years with no real interest in frivolities like "strategy," "vision," or "accountability." Hendry's ability to stay employed is nothing. Stew sits at TJs knees and asks him about the good old days. Excuse me, I now need to get off TJs lawn. PK was his own "executive". And he didn't answer to anybody. Obviously.

Haiku, plural haiku, is a form of Japanese poetry, consisting of 17 moras (or on), in three phrases of 5, 7, and 5 moras respectively.[1] Although haiku are often stated to have 17 syllables,[2] this is inaccurate as syllables and moras are not the same. Haiku typically contain a kigo (seasonal reference), and a kireji (cutting word). In Japanese, haiku are traditionally printed in a single vertical line, while haiku in English usually appear in three lines, to parallel the three phrases of Japanese haiku.
Come morans and post seventeen moras, no more the best of your brains
Not good, but the best that I could do with "moras"
