Make that 4 home runs, which broke the conversion chart.
4-for-4, 4 HR, 7 RBI. Two solo homers, a two-run blast, and a three-run bomb. Not terrible. FYF! TIME FOR CONCERN! The only other player to hit four home runs in a Florida State League game was another Cubs prospect, Ryan Harvey, who did so July 28, 2006, also for Daytona. More importantly, he had his 26th error tonight as well. Luckily, by the time he gets called up the NL will have the DH. There's actually not all that much room for concern. Most of his errors are throwing errors, which can be more easily sorted out with coaching and a better first baseman. 8 foot tall first basemen grow on trees

The issue for me is there's flopping, and there there's flopping. Some of it is just trying to get a call, but some of it is so over the top that it looks ridiculous.
Like when Rip Hamilton somersaulted into the stands after a relatively-benign forearm shove from Wade. I'm with you. I guess it's clear that flopping can't be stopped unless they issue suspensions for it, which would be an over-the-top reaction to a perceived problem. Until then, we'll just have the GIFs and the Flop Shaming comments on the internets. Oh, the horror. You're an idiot. Wade threw a forearm into a 150 lb soaking wet Rip. Granted he probably didn't have to roll over at the end, but him falling to the ground as he's passing the ball at the same time isn't flopping. I get it. When a player you don't like takes a dramatic spill and embellishes the hell out of it for a call it's a flop. When your team does it, it's not. Cool. I don't really like Rip all that much, nor do I hate him. That being said, the jif you used to try to prove your point isn't really a flop at all. Especially when the guy getting blatantly shoved while already off balance b/c he's passing the ball is smaller than the guy doing the shoving.

Considering the title of this thread, I think we can call this season a success.
It may have been fun (at times) but it was very unproductive. I think that Rose's absence for the entire season means that they accomplished very little in terms of building their team toward a championship. You still don't know what he's going to be and you're further from title contention than you were when he went down. Deng and Noah ran their odometers up and there is no lottery pick eminent. Yes, Jimmy Butler has emerged as a serviceable NBA two-guard. Boozer can finally be amnesty'd. I think they have some other contracts coming off as well and we'll just have to see what pieces they can sign to surround something resembling Derrick Rose next year. It's a clusterfuck. You have a coach though. You really know nothing about basketball, right?

Bulls with the hard-fought Deserved Win to force Game 7. Yay?
Not that it matters or anyone cares, but I just want to throw out that Joakim Noah is maybe my favorite basketball player ever. I've been a fan since the goofy bastard was at Florida, but my manlove for Noah has reached new heights with this series' performance. My irrational hatred of the guy has almost completely burned out. At some point in the next week or so, I expect that to change somewhat. I'm sure he'll be enough to make you ass itch because his rebounding will keep the Bulls firmly within 30 points each of the four games. I think the Bulls will eke out one win at home in the series. And Noah will scream, tug on his jersey and stand on the scorer's table afterward. I think the bulls will win at least 2 games, possibly 3 if the refs let the bulls play physical against lebron and bosh. Nice preemptive butthurt. How very Pacer fan of you. This statement implies that the only way Chicago can hang in this series is to foul two superior players and hope the refs don't call shit. And that if Miami retaliates, that it will get called. And if this doesn't happen, the refs are to blame, not the poor, undermanned Bulls who went around headhunting and weren't allowed to get by. Not at all. If the bulls can stay out of foul trouble with all the flopping lebron, bosh and wade do, they have a chance to win games. The bulls don't have a bench to rely on with all the injuries.

Jimmy Butler: 48 Minutes; missed free throw
Joakim Noah: 43 minutes (bad foot and only suppose to play 25 minutes max); three missed free throws
Taj Gibson (Dip shit): 17 minutes, missed free throw, fouled out – Wait, how does someone get six fouls in 17 minutes?
Daequan Cook: DNP – Coach is a dumbass.
Vladamir Radmonovic: DNP – Coach is a dumbass
Richard Hamilton, Marcus Teague and Nazr Mohammed all played less than five minutes.
Nazr Mohammed, who has played well when called upon, played just over two minutes in this game. Why didn’t he play more? Because the coach is a dumbass.

In my high school journalism class my teacher, Ben Franklin, taught us that when writing a sports article describing a home team loss one should never make up excuses. "We would'a won but every time we batted the wind blew in and every time they batted the wind blew out" Jesus, how old are you? Nice work, Pen. You went for the joke that was too obvious even for Fork and Morph. Geez Oleg, can't you be the bigger man for once? Show a tiny bit of restraint? Have a little compassion? Stop being so short with Pen

The last episode has been the best so far. Norman is finally starting to get weird. Police officer is weird. Storylines slowly developing.
Great sentences.
