Let's not go JOing ourselves yet.  If we keep winning, who gives a shit when this douchecalf is coming back.  Let's not forget, we are the ones we've been waiting for!

Bah, you do know you are posting on desipio, right?

Rooting for Lassie has left me at my breaking point and now you say no JO when the team chasing the Cubs loses their best player and said team is the Tards and said player is Uncle Albie.

Well, it's simply too much.  Too much I say.  Screw the JO, bring on the ghey stuff ... AND an Andy Dolan Special.

I'm just saying...let's see how this plays out.  I've seen it too many times before.  Remember, cliches are made, not born.

Tards are already up 5-0...so much for a We Miss Uncle Albie Pity Party.

Somehow, this is Dusty's fault.

Well, that's what we all get for rejoicing in Pujols' injury.

Wow, here's that left-handed leftfielder we need so desperately falling right out of the sky! If only it were literal rather than figurative we'd all have a happy Thanksgiving. But once Jimbo hears this however, I predict DOOM! Not the good kind either.

Pwned. Courtesy of Roto; I don't think they'll be getting a Christmas card from the Cooper family. Boldface below is mine.

Quote
With Mariano Rivera needing a day off, Kyle Farnsworth got a save chance in a 2-1 game against the Astros on Friday and pitched a scoreless ninth.

They just don't get any more reliable.  Farnsworth hit Ty Wigginton to start the inning, but that didn't stop the Astros from having Michael Bourn try to bunt.  A popup followed, and the only reason it wasn't a double play -- Bourn made no attempt to run out of the box -- was that Farnsworth was too dense to drop the ball.  After that, Wigginton, a noted speed demon who swiped seven bases just four  years ago, was thrown out trying to steal second.  Reggie Abercrombie, who is in MLB only because of his legs, remained in the dugout throughout.  Geoff Blum then fanned to end the game.  It was Farnsworth's first save since 2006 and the 52nd time Cecil Cooper was outmanaged this season.

Quote
ST. LOUIS (AP)—St. Louis Cardinals backup catcher Jason LaRue watched from the dugout as Yadier Molina, his back to the play after an off-line throw, got flattened by a pinch runner.

Like several teammates, LaRue was impressed that Molina apparently avoided serious injury after being taken off the field on a body board with a brace around his neck, and that Molina held onto the ball for an important ninth-inning out in Sunday’s 7-6, 10-inning victory over the Philadelphia Phillies.

Quote
Molina was taken to a hospital for evaluation of neck and back pain and sustained a mild concussion, although he did not lose consciousness after the collision with Phillies pinch runner Eric Bruntlett, team spokesman Brian Bartow said. All test results were negative, the team said in a release, although Molina was to be held overnight as a precaution.

And Molina still hasn't tagged the runner. The Cardinals got a gift today.

TrueBlueBrewCrew. Isn't that essentially admitting you're the faggiest Brewer fan? And isn't that a REALLY hard prize to claim?
