The Cubs can win this division. Hell, they should

I think the Reds will have a lot to say about that. Cubs/Reds battling all season? I'd love to see it.

The Reds will score a shit ton of runs all season long. Unless their pitching completely falls apart, they're the most viable team in the division. But their pitching may completely fall apart!

Their offense will suffer after meth-addled Kyards fans Ligue the field and attack Phillips.

Has this been posted yet?

If so, I apologize.  Either way, Mr. Chase makes some funnies at the end that I liked.

According to Phil Rogers the fact that Milwaukee is now commmitted to Ryan Braun through the 2047 season, the Cubs must now pursue Pujols at whatever price.  Makes perfectly good sense to me.

Or maybe, they just go after Prince since Milwaukee just essentially told him that they're not going to sign him.

I would like to see Prince rather than a 38-year old Albert.

This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.

This.  Although Pujols on a shorter contract (five years?) would be fine if they can't get Prince.

If Pujols is going to sign something as short as a 5-year deal, it's going to be with St. Louis.

I'd also take Fatso over Pujols. The guy is at least 5 years older than he says he is right now, he's going to get a 10 year deal and there's no way he'll be worth the full length of it.

Not if the Cubs overpay on the annual value, which they totally would.  Maybe something similar to Sabathia's contract where he can opt out early for more money.

I'm really excited for Chuck to start hating Prince Fielder more as a Cub than he does as a Brewer.

Hopefully Soriano will bat after Fielder in the order for some epic FYCs.

I think Castro would see a lot of straight stuff (poss hje) batting in front of the Fat Prince. I'd be ok with retaining Ramirez for one more year to bat fifth. I don't know if I could afford him though. I'm not rich or anything.

You're going to get Aramis on a 1-year deal?

Assuming he has a decent year, he's going to be the best 3B on the market.
