Slider, slider, slider, good night.

Thanks, Chip.

I didn't say anything about the Battlin' Birdies.

Better than "He gone."

There will never be a more glorious Desip thread than the Dead Pool one for Harrelson.

Maybe for you only b/c you won't be around to experience the joy we will all have when your name is there.

Nothing made me happier than turning on the Sux game yesterday when it was 10-8 in the ninth, just in time to see Detroit tack on a few more runs.  It was even more glorious when Stone explained that the Sux gave up 3 in the top of 8th.  I then realized that Stone was doing the play by play, too.  I was hoping Harrelson hurled himself out of the press box into the seats.

He needs to step onto 35th and get hit by an AIDS bus.

I just hope I'm here when you shrug your mortal coil due to asphyxiation after huffing HelmetNacho residual fumes after a robust 69 session with ChubbieJulie.

I used to love watching Marmol pitch.  Now I dread it.  Even last night, when he went 1-2-3 in the 9th, it was utter anguish to watch, as he started out 0-2 on Drew Stubbs and the wet newspaper that Stubbs customarily brings with him to the plate, and then threw three straight balls before getting a borderline called Strike 3.  It sucks that his trade value is pretty much nil, but I don't even care anymore.  Just.  Go.  Away.
Just a sloppy, undisciplined team.  Garbage.

Oh, he will.

After they pay him $10 million next season to pitch in Chicago or somewhere else. Blurgh.

At this time yesterday, my two closers in the Desipio Fantasy League were Mariano Rivera and Carlos Marmol.

Which makes it extra awesome that I already used up all my waiver moves this week on Joe Saunders, Wade Miley and Anthony Bass, who will all likely be gone from my team within 3 weeks.

Never seen anyone use "resemblance to a fruit bat" as criteria before.

GO BANANA!!!
This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.
