I didn't pony up for the pay-to-play StatTracker, but apparently it's been down for some today, causing no small amount of consternation...

If Stat Tracker is not up and running by the start of todays games I recommend that all of us that are ripped off by Yahoo organize a class and sue for return of the fees charged for Stat Tracker.
The contract with Yahoo is that we are paying for a service good through the end of the season. If we do not have Stat Tracker today Yahoo will have broken their contract with us.
Hopefully this will get Yahoo's attention and they will reactivate our accounts and a suit will not be necessary. If not I want my money back.

More...seems like the same thing happened last. i dont think the system can handle all the streaming that occurs during the playoffs.
this isnt a one day issue. its been funky on and off at least the past two weeks.
maybe a state attorney general office would be intereste in the cause.

There was no way to know if my changes went through and there has been no way to keep up with the danged championships I'm SUPPOSED to be in. I was( was) so proud, 2nd year and in the championships..I sent off a letter to Yahoofor everyone plus myself that has the stat tracker problem asking for our, my money back. This is a low down scamming dirty trick I did NOT expect from Yahoo as I've otherwise had NO problems with them at all.

This guy watched all that baseball this year, and for what? For nothin'!total bullcrap ! I'm in for any class action ! Total disregard for customers ! I'll bet they only have capacity for F-Ball or B-Ball, but not both. I'll bet they new long ago that they would not service both users at the same time. Totally sucks, why did I watch all year !
Now I see we've reached the threats of violence...I agree!..I contacted them yesterday and as usual they gave me some song and dance about dumping my cookies..I think I know who cookies need to be dumped!
