It's still better than the Roy Williams' comeback.

My first instinct is to BWAHAHAHA but upon reflection, this is just sad...I'm trying to think of something comparable. Possibly Mark Fidrych? I mean, the guy was unhittable in '03 and '04 and yet he hasn't even thrown a pitch since the summer of 2006.

Holy shit. Mark Prior has dominated with the Boston Red Sox’s Triple-A affiliate in Pawtucket, striking out 15 of the first 19 batters he has faced. And he could already be nearing a big-league call-up from the Red Sox.

And now that Hendry's gone maybe Hoystink will right that wrong.

And I think the fact that he's been bouncing around the minors for six years and battling injuries is pretty amazing for a sissy who supposedly never really cared about baseball.

I'd love to know the real story on his injuries. Given all his ankle problems in spring training 2004, gotta think that he hurt his leg sometime in 2003 and overthrew his arm to compensate. Similar thing to what happened to Sutcliffe when he hurt his hamstring and pitched through it. Ended up hurting his arm.
