Just wanted to correct myself:  I accidentally posted Kosuke's career OPS of .780 (it's actually .783--not good) instead of his 2009 OPS of 1.142 (good).  Thanks for the heads-up and calling me on it, Eli and RV.

Are you saying you'll be equally impressed with a .600 slugging percentage and a .780 OPS? Let's say he cools off and puts up a .360 OBP. Then he'd need to slug a meager .420 to put up a .780 OPS. Would that impress you? I don't understand these IAN benchmarks of success at all.
