I think it proves that he's able to make an adjustment at long last. You could definitely see him staying back and off of that front foot so he can drive the ball. The dude has the skills to pay the bills. We've all seen it. The question was whether he was complete headcase incapable of changing his swing or whether he was just frustrated and out of sorts over the transition from Japan to MLB.
