Yes, but there was a scene at the end of Meet the Veals when Buster got a hold of Franklin and said this to Lucille:

Franklin (Buster): I don't want no part of yo' tired ass country club, ya freak bitch!

That was a great line.  They never had Buster just explode and say something outrageous enough.  It happened in like the second episode of the series when half his monologue is bleeped out, and then the Franklin line, but that was about it.
