I don't understand.  The shop's called the Chicago Bagel Authority.  Theoretically, at least, it could be anywhere.

But it's not theoretically anywhere.  It's actually in Chicago.  If it wasn't, then sure, "Chicago Bagel Authority in Milwaukee."  If no town is specified I assume it's located in the same place as the name.  The exception is a widely known chain like Buffalo Wild Wings, most of which are probably not actually in Buffalo.  And thank you for letting me argue about this instead of doing actual work.
