The guy that is Bon iver is ridiculously talented. To go between octaves with such ease is so hard yet he makes it seem effortless.
To see his live stuff on YouTube makes it even more remarkable, since he actually can sing like that outside of a studio.
He's the Jeff Buckley of the Baldwins.
