Look, everything is totally different now.

Thank god we got our beloved serifs back.

I don't think I've ever seen an 'ni' ligature before.

Not sure I have either. But I can't imagine that I've paid close attention to that at any point in my life.

The door to hypercorrection? This seems to be some misguided worship of the baseline that would join the bottoms of the 'h' as well, if nobody were looking. The rectangular black space in the 'ni' just doesn't fit.

Jay's new show card looks like an homage to The Twilight Zone.  Appropriate.
This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.

Conan to TBS in November, George Lopez will air after (and he's cool with it).  So now there actually will be some late-night funny on the Very Funny Network.  Where was WGN America in the bidding?

I definitely positive that. Is Lopez actually getting guests that are worth a shit still?

He'll probably get Conan's first interview?

Anyway, the action line on the story is that this is a huge shock.  Is it really that big of a surprise?  I was thinking either Fox or TBS from the start of this, and Fox's affiliates apparently bitched so much that they couldn't get a deal done.

Can't wait for TBS's understated promotion of the show during the baseball playoffs
Andre Dawson paid his $1,000 fine for the Joe West incident with style. Dawson wrote ``Donation for the blind`` in the memo section of his personal check.

George Lopez is insufferable. Does it matter who he's interviewing?

Who cares. TBS no longer employs Chip Caray, yet now employs Conan O'Brien. Advantage: Ted Turner.

This is pretty much the only thing I have seen from Fallon's show, but this was pretty cool.

Fallon's show has been surprisingly good, at least from what I've seen.  His interviews are painful to watch, but his segments can be pretty funny.
