Tied late. Multiple fumbles.

Gary Anderson, be prepared to live in peace.

Every player on the Vikings has fumbled in this game.  Brett Favre is playing with a broken ankle and nobody else on the team is trying!

Longwell is on a very short list of kickers you'd want in this situation...Guh.

Tee hee.

Such a bad play that even Aikman and Buck are calling him out on it.

It was nice for the refs to realize they could call penalties on both teams.

Tee hee.

The only way that would have been better had been if NO ran it back for a TD.

Even if it wasn't picked off, they would have needed a hell of a kick from Longwell (assuming it was simply an incompletion).  The real stupidity was having 12 men in the huddle.

Oh glorious. The great Favre comeback tour ends as it was always meant to end. With one gutless fucking interception that absolutely fucked his team and wasted everything they did this year. Fantastic. Also, as a LIFELONG FAN, it means so much to see my team finally go the Superbowl. GEAUX SAINTS. Like Manning or not, Manning vs. Breesus is the most exciting match-up that could have come out of this year's playoff group.

"Plummer, in 1999, "contributed" 1,017 fewer yards to the Cardinals than the league average QB would have brought to the table. As far as modern seasons go, Plummer's '99 stands as the worst."

The only way that could have been better is if a piece of the ceiling fell out of the Superdome and crushed that guy who rides the motocycle at the Vikings' games to death.

Who might that be, laboring under the impression that they would defeat the Saints? Who might that be?

Congrats--I'm hoping that Breesus and the Saints win it.

And here's hoping that Favre's second last pass of his career costs him and a hated rival a Super Bowl.

It's Schadenfreude Bonertime.
