Kinda hope there's a rematch of this game. It was fantastic.

Anyone at Soldier Field today? It seemed pretty electric from the couch.

It was great. Probably even better than it seemed to me since I was in the 400-level around the 45 yard line. Hard to judge crowd noise from up top. Lots of cheers during each replay, out of many, of that Green Bay-beating FG. And each time Vick went down. Good to know, in the abstract, that everyone still does that "timeout" "where?" thing. I guess.

Walking out someone yelled "SUPER BEARS!" and I answered "SUPER BOWL!" Hope that was one of you.

Yeah, that game was fun as hell. Not sure if my seats were close enough to judge the game with BH-level accuracy, but Peppers was eating people, Cutler was flinging it all over the place like a young Steve Walsh, and the EAGLES SUCK chants were forceful and plentiful.

Also, some guy died. That sucks.

Peppers was awesome yesterday. What amazes me is that he relentlessly chases every play, be it a run, pass, or QB.

Also, it was nice to see all three phases have big games yesterday.

How did the 4th Phase do?
It fell 50 feet and died.

Gotta start somewhere.

Didn't somebody else die underneath the stands at Soldier shortly after it was renovated, also by clowning around and taking a steep fall? Like in 2003 or 2004?

If so, expect some sort of article frothing with RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION from one of the triumvirate of Sun-Times dumbasses--Telander, Morissey, or Slezak--about how UNSAFE Soldier Field is and that, if steps aren't taken, more people will be subject to the dangers underneath the stands.

Those guys were dopes, who didn't know what they were doing.

I'm guessing you can do it though. go ahead, give it a shot.

I think I read a while back that Slezak was let go.

She is working on her transition game.

That reminds me of the old Bill Hicks joke about dumbasses who take LSD and try to fly by jumping off the roof.

Perhaps SBNation has an opening.

I'm trying to bring her onboard at hockeenight. I get a friends and family bonus.

I don't know why but I just took a gander at Peter King's "Fine Fifteen." The Packers are 4th and the Bears are 5th. Peter says there's just something about this Packers team. What it is is hard to define. I did you all a favor by not linking to it. That dude is vermin.

I've never read that fat turd's MMBYOBBBQ, but I never miss this.
