This Ryan Theriot shit is making me hate him more than before. At this point there is almost nothing he can do on the baseball field that will make me stop wishing for him to fall into a pit of regurgitated corned beef hash.

Am I missing something?  You hate him for going to arbitration?  I don't like Theriot at all, but I think it's
pretty awesome he's willing to double down on $400,000 (assuming the Cubs offered him the midpoint).

And I think it's total bullshit that the Cubs are crying about a player going to arbitration.  Given that the
owners have spent most of the last 100+ years colluding against the players, I'm happy to see a player
stick to his guns (likely literally plastic toys with red tips in this case) and take advantage of the collective
bargaining agreement that the owners signed on for.

If I could go to arbitration for my job, I sure as hell would.

Get 30 percent of your co-workers to sign a petition, and we'll come out and do the election.
This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.

You're missing the part where you don't overanalyze irrational hatred.

I think my hatred of how the Cubs do business makes me unable to understand your hatred
of the short bus.

CUbs win, Theriot loses.  THIS is when Hendry learns to be frugal?

So now he's supposed to be frugal, Chuck?
I think he's more of the appendix of Desipio.  Yeah, it's here and you're vaguely aware of it, but only if reminded.  The only time anyone notices it is when it ruptures (on Weebs in the video game thread).  Beyond that, though, it's basically useless and offers no redeeming value.

Can't we hate them both? You have a point. Siding with the Cubs is like siding with my company over one of my fellow workers.

I just hate Theriot. And he lost. So he can eat a wiener.

I don't understand this Chuckplaint at all either.

Is he pissed that the Cubs are pinching pennies over the irreplaceable Ryan Theriot?

Kiko Calero sign yet?

I do not want Starlin Castro on the opening day roster. Give the young buck some time to marinate.

Why must you constantly mention marinating young bucks?

Have you ever had unmarinated young buck?  It just isn't the same.
