The Cubs last offseason acquisition appears to be Keith Moreland in the booth. Confirmed by his Texas Longhorns radio partner on Twitter.
I like it.
Good move on the Cubs part.
Agreed. I like this move even more for the
anger it will invoke in our favorite Packer fan
. Today shall be a day of butthurtedness!

It's actually a transcript of next week's Chicago Code.

This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.

You were actually one of the people I thought about when I wrote that, feeling conflicted for it might offend you.

Goddamn Paul, giving us a bad name. Because otherwise the Region is a lovely place right?
I'm still butthurt over some suburban trixie co-worker of mine that dismissed the idea of the Region being part of Chicagoland 10 years ago, even though my commute was half the distance of hers, simply because I had to cross the state line. Timezone lines are more telling than state lines. There's a reason Lake and Porter counties are on central time. It's a pet peeve of mine, but mostly because I don't want to admit I'm a Hoosier. No offense Apex.
