I am dense but what was with the aquarium of zombie heads?

Obviously the key reveal story-wise was the shot of the helicopter pilot's head at the end.

But I'm not really sure why the Guv would just sit there and stare at them at night.

Also: maybe the dude from Rubicon is like a post-zombie-apocalypse Josef Mengele.

You mean the Guv's scientist?  Nerdy Q. Nerdlington?
This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.

He also played the railroad agent in the remake of 3:10 to Yuma.

But I bet you probably think of him as some guy from The Good Wife.

Rubicon! 2nd only to Terriers in Shows That Were on a Couple Years Ago That I Didn't Want to Get Cancelled.

I'm also liking the new season. Smart of them to round out the Merle character a bit instead of leaving him as a one dimensional racist.

Yes!!!!

Our long national nightmare is over.

Of course, it stands to reason that when Lori finally died it would be in the most idiotic manner possible.

It's been more than an hour and I'm still mourning the loss of T-Dogg.

I imagine MDC is rather upset about this portrayal of VBAC.

TIME TO SEARCH FOR CAROL!

That should be good for half a season or something. Where was Moustache Wax in the final scene?

[Edit.--At least they have a good supply of flashlight batteries. Because as opposed to dramatically running out of ammunition now and again, it would totally suck to get dimmer and dimmer and then have to shout "the Moon was here last week!"]

Leave it to Lori to die in a way that hampers the group with a vulnerable, loud, non-mobile, difficult to feed liability on her way out.

And, yeah, what really got me was that she seemed to think that she was making a sacrifice for the good of the survivors.

Tell me about it.

Seriously, my kid has been pretty well behaved so far, but I'd have been zombie food a dozen times over by now.

I remember thinking "if Carl doesn't pull the trigger, I'm going to jump in there and shoot her myself."

Props to T-Dog for not going out like a bitch (looking at you, Dale).

Pretty good episode and season so far. I'd have traded T-Dogg for Lori every single time. Thank Satan she's gone.

Carl is probably going to become a hardened little shit now, as the trope would have it. Does Maggie or Beth have to take responsibility for the kid? Or Carol if they end up finding her which as Wheezer said had better not take more than 10 goddamn minutes next week?

Is this Pleasantville storyline boring the living fuck out of anyone else? I get it. He's eeeeeeeeeeeevil but GET TO THE FUCKING POINT.
