Not as often as I'd like to.

Yes, occasionally.  I didn't smoke for years after a couple of slightly scary episodes, but these days I steer clear of the Dutch stuff, stick to the Thai and it's all good.  The best I ever smoked was called "Malawi Gold" and it the second closest I've ever been to a religious experience.  The closest was walking up the steps at Wrigley.

According to R.C. Clarke, whom I haven't had a reason to extract from the shelf in a while, when Malawian strains first appeared (perhaps 1980), they hit the market "wrapped in bark and rolled tightly, approximately four ounces at a time."

If anyone has any job leads in technical sales in Colorado or California, this is a good time to send them my way.  I still have a job, but this thread makes me wat to not spend so much on mine and/or grow my own.
