Pennsylvania state prosecutors are seeking changes in Jerry Sandusky’s bail conditions after
getting complaints he’s been watching children in a nearby schoolyard from the back porch of his home,
where he’s on house arrest awaiting trial on child molestation charges.
fuck yeah. I've never had 3 hits in a year.

If it doesn't end with a self-inflicted shotgun blast, I'll be disappointed. Otherwise I would gladly begrudge you the points.

I'm thoroughly convinced Sandusky will walk, when this is all said and done. People in Penn don't seem to care about the victims, and Sandusky's innocence would mean Paterno was right all along.

McQuery is suing Penn State now, saying he should be paid money for whistleblowing.
And even better, his lawyer's name is actually Elliott Strokoff.

Well, it sounds like the State's case against Jerry Sandusky might actually be going better than we all expected. Meanwhile, the discovery in the perjury case has been going swimmingly:
http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2012/06/11/documents-reveal-secret-file-regarding-sandusky-sex-abuse/
Quote
documents obtained by KDKA-TV investigators, the Attorney General’s Office indicates former vice president Schultz kept a secret file with allegations regarding Sandusky and sex abuse. This comes after an NBC report alleges Spanier did not report alleged abuse because it would be humane to Sandusky to not report the matter
Quote
Sources close to the investigation confirm both e-mails in the file kept by Schultz as well as e-mails found in computer data indicate high-ranking Penn State officials, including Spanier, Schultz and former athletic director Tim Curley, knew about an alleged sexual assault that took place in the Penn State locker room shower.
Quote
Those documents filed by the Attorney General’s office late Monday indicate Schultz told so many lies in his Grand Jury testimony that it was impossible to respond to each and every one of them.
May god have no mercy on their souls.

think Sandusky was going to go free on this?

He still may; it only takes one juror.

This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.

I'm still convinced one dumbass penn juror will say Jerry wasn't guilty of anything.

This is reasonable. I'm not going to gloat and assume that this case is over like some dopey Lebron hater after Game 5 of the 2012 NBA Eastern Conference Finals. I wouldn't be so quick to underestimate the cultish hive-mind of Penn State Nation, no matter how clear this case seems to us normals.
