Since George Halas moved the Staleys to Wrigley Field, through the 1969 1-13 season, on through Abe Gibron's squads, Neill Armstrong, Ditka's Spare Bears, Wanny's pieces being in place, Dick Jauron's forgettable Champaign excursions through this season, have we seen a player as overmatched as Frank Omiyale?
