The Vikings just drafted Craig Steltz.

I thought they drafted a seventy year old like the kinda like the Browns did earlier in the night

Marshall likely not to be charged. I'm sure Goodell will still suspend him, which is stupid.

I don't think he will. Given Marshall's history the NFL already investigated the matter and the police thoroughly investigated the matter and came up with nothing indicating any wrongdoing on his part. Considering Marshall's clean rap sheet over the last couple of years and his advocacy of mental health treatment (kind of a hot button issue for the NFL right now) I expect him to walk away from this without a suspension of any kind.

Tommie Harris is building schools in Africa to honor his dead wife's memory. I wouldn't be upset to see him brought pack as Melton's back up. Regardless of the pointless shit he took from the meatballs for his supposed laziness, Tommie was always a good guy.

Agreed.  He was mostly injured and over time he collided into some ugly incidents--some of which, in all honesty, he could and should have dealt with better on his own end but what the fuck.  If it weren't for his wobbly knees we'd be comparing his career to Dan Hampton's by now.

I didn't check the bylaws, but I thought DPD excused me from doing so, counsellor.

Whoa.

Quote
Chicago #Bears & Matt Forte agreed on a 7 year, $120 million contract extension, making Forte the richest RB in #NFL history.

BUMP for actual deal.

Four years for Forte. All the pieces are in place.

Four years, 32 million. Good deal for Forte and the team. He gets more than he'd have gotten on the tag but the Bears didn't exactly break the bank. Nowhere near the Peterson/Chris Johnson deals.

Bear's management looking, dare I say, competent.  My entire world-view is spinning out of control.

I take medication for ADD that makes it very difficult for me to achieve an erection during the early hours of my dosage. But when I think about this upcoming Bears season, I cannot be restrained. ROCK HARD BLUE VEIN THUNDER RUMBLING THROUGH MY CARGO SHORTS
