The Great Unquenchable Ratto Mandible Holocaust was early October 2007, and Hughes died in '09, so no--it wasn't Ratto'd; it just never existed.

There was a second ratto from 2010, I believe, to where every thread that hadn't had a comment since November of 09 was archived. So, it likely did exist.
