We'll let the Huebiter weigh in on Kerry Wood's "essential" Chicago sports experiences, two of which Kerry has never done and the third he doesn't really believe.

Meh.  I can't hate Kerry Wood.  If that was Dempster my head'd have exploded.

“What gets me fired up is playing in front of Cubs fans in a pennant race. That’s the reason I play the game,” - Kerry Wood

Nice job getting fired up in Game 7.

I'd say it's fair to say he was probably a little too fired up, especially after he hit a two-run game-tying dong.

Get fucked, Rosenchuck.

He might have been a bit tired too. If I recall, he had been ridden rather hard that season (||). Something about a manager with a slow hook and a turd circus bridging the zorses and the sweaty guy. But it's all a blur now.

I thought Kerry has never hung a curveball up letter-high for anyone to launch it as well as these:

Quote
Enjoy a few Old Style beers at 1:20pm in the afternoon at the Confines. It’s funny to see fans who have collected big stacks of cups by the end of the game. It’s always a party at Wrigley Field.

Quote
Go shirtless and paint your chest at a Bears game in December. This is a favorite, you see these guys all the time in freezing weather, with their shirts off, covered in blue and orange. Not only does this show dedication and love for your team, but, you have to have been at one good tailgate party to get the courage to do that!

Quote
Keep believing that this will be the year! As a player, we always believe……so you can imagine how it feels when our fans get behind us and share in that belief!

It really is amazing how anything Chuck says on the internet is somehow the worst thing Chuck has ever said on the internet.

And now he's upped the ante in shoutbox, calling Game 7 "the biggest pants shitting in Cubs history."

I'm at a total fucking loss.

Just for fun, and by fun I mean the exact opposite of fun, I'd like to hear Chuck's definition of a sports "pants shitting."

Most of the time I'm pretty disappointed that I can't access the shoutbox at work.

This isn't one of those times.

Chuck didn't level with us.  He is still fried because of the public urination charge.
