This trailer has a depressing lack of jazz music ... and Sam Waterston.

(however, the green light was a nice touch, as were the Eyes of Dr. Eckleburg)

But this movie is going to suck.

This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.

Are you kidding me?  You're clearly forgetting his track record: Romeo and Juliet; Moulin Rouge; Australia...

... oh, wait.  I swee what you mean.  Yeah, I'm never seeing this, either.

On the subject of Moulin Rouge, I watched (about half of) it having been told by a friend that it was possibly the greatest film ever.  You can imagine my disappointment.  Worst film ever?  Worst film ever.

But what if you got laid for the first time while that movie was on in the background? Would that change your opinion? No, I still think it's shit.

But you got engaged a week later, so it couldn't have been that bad

Then it's probably a memorable experience for you. I hope he was gentle.

Well, I LOL'd. Not a bad shot by Dubbs, either. Although I'd have expected him to go with the dude angle.
