The Boring Legacy

There are about 30 minutes that could be cut out of this movie. Those 30 minutes are the plot. The action in the movie is quite good, and since the underlying plot is an incomprehensible hodge podge the movie would be much better without it. Once again the hero is the unwitting victim of the people whom he has to trust. You would think that eventually it would be hard to recruit anyone to work for these agencies. They send agents out to kill other agents. Don't the killer agents realize from the nature of what they are doing to their coworkers that their own tenure in the job is somewhat tenuous? Sorry, I know it's just a movie. Jeremy Renner is more credible than Matt Damon in the role because he looks like he has been beaten up several times before the movie started. The movie ends with so many loose ends it will take at least 2 sequels to wrap things up. Good chase scenes, but the editing is overdone and at times
it becomes impossible to know what is going on.

Never seen Borne anything. Everything I've seen or heard about the series leads me to assume the type of review that Stew posted. Thank you for saving hours of my life.

And the one where Bourne uses a book as a weapon. I believe that was #3.

You and I have discussed this movie before, I know. It was the highlight of my weekend in Oulu, Finland, which is everything you need to know about Oulu, Finland.

Finally got around to watching this movie. The first 10 minutes had things occuring in about 40 cities. I wish the motorcycle scene was about 20 minutes longer, than the 40 minutes it seemed to be. So all the new guys are genetically mutated, who can be killed off anytime by taking away their meds. How f'ng dumb. And the next generation was taken out by a girl on a motorcycle. What a waste of time.
