Yeti sure does love him some White Sox.

Peavy was originally a Father and set to be a child bear. Ain't my fault that got fucked up

"Father"... "child bear"... There's a Roman Catholic pedophilia joke in here somewhere, but I'll be damned if I can tease it out.

You tease the fuck out of it, and when you get done, shave my balls. They could use some care and maintenance.

This just done turned real, motha fucka!

Ebonic'd.

You use "done" in place of "just" not in addition to it, FYI.

Ahhh.  Thanks.

I think I mixed up my hillbilly and my ebonics.

All that said, I don't know how you effectively decide the keeper rules AFTER the season.
You really should establish the rules prior to the draft so that you can plan moving forward.

Meaning that we do 0 keepers for the 2010 season, decide keeper rules now for the 2011 season, and go into this year's draft knowing those rules and planning accordingly.

Ideally, yes.

But I think everyone wants to do keepers this year, so we're left with the sub-optimal "haggle over rules after the fact" approach. Which is better than nothing.

Should I put up another poll?  Go with keepers this year or roll with Pen's suggestion?  I'm game either way.
Can you help me live a little more?  I expect good news.

Any open spots for a league founder?  Eh?

I think the original intention of the league was to use 'unlimited', unless there was majority opposition.  We thought an arbitrary number would be just that -- arbitrary.  So we implemented the unlimited option, giving owners full say on who stays and who goes.  As mentioned, it does take the impact out of the draft, but that is the trade-off of a keeper league.

Don't worry.  For some retardedly unknown reason, you can't keep your 1st or 2nd round pick.  Also, a month before the draft this year we implemented the rule that you lose two rounds before you drafted the guy the year before, when there was no such rule.
