I'm really intrigued by Mirotic and I can't wait to see what Rose brings to the table after this surgery. Butthurt level: sinking.

I wonder what kind of market he's pricing himself into with his insurgence this season. The knock on him, if there was one, has been his shooting, but he's in the high 40s right now, which is excellent for a guard. Take whatever Lance Stephenson turned down from Indiana as a starting point - and I'd take Butler over that assclown in a heartbeat. If they do lose Butler he'll be hard to replace.

I did notice his minutes were somehow UP this season, like almost 40 per game. Maybe they know they can't re-sign him.

The literate might construe this as him admitting that Gasol has been better than the marginal improvement over Boozer that he initially predicted, before you felt the need to point out that he was wrong about that thing he just copped to being wrong about.
