OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

As was Jeremi Gonzalez but, shit... I had a decent run. I get off work in 15 minutes. And I did give you all Steve Trout. And syphilis.

Kent Bottenfield.

He knew that chicks dug the long ball, so he served up more than his share.

Then left and had an excellent couple season for St. Louis. Fuck him.

I'm taking a risk here, but I don't recall a Damien Miller getting floated.  And I mean "floated."  Like a turd.

I sooo wanted to play my Bill Buckner card here, but he was actually good for us.

Tell me we didn't get this far without Delino DeShields?  If he got taken, that's two blunders in a row for me, in which case you can count me out.

SD,

It's 2 blunders, and coincidentally, they're both mine.  Quit living vicariously through me and come give me a shirtless hug.

I'll quit blundering, but I won't quit living vicariously through you, or the rest of Desipio for that matter.  You effers are stuck, stuck I say!

Following this thread today has been therapeutic.  Rehashing this list of few-hit wonders, prospects never realized, and just flat out bad players made me realized that the black hole that is the 2006 Chicago Cubs is nothing new.  It's been a release.

By the way, the Cubs just lost 5-3.

Meet the new boss.  Same as the old boss.

Mordecai "Three Finger" Brown was the balls.
Roosevelt was named after a president and had the game winning RBI vs. the Reds on September 10th, 2001.
I'm off work now.

Kent Bottenfield.

Kenny Brockelstein was taking earlier, Ham Man.

Ray Burris also threw a complete game shutout in the '81 NLCS for Montreal  He also started the fateful Game 5 of that series, a game he left tied, and resulted in Steve Rogers making only the third relief appearance of his career and serving up the series-winning home run to another former Cub--Rick Monday.

Has anybody mentioned Don Wengert yet?

Kent Bottenfield.

He knew that chicks dug the long ball, so he served up more than his share.

And now Glendon Fat Ass Rusch has taken on this tradition started by good ole Kent.

Except for the fact in the Ted Lilly one that you can see the baseball in his hand behind the knife. I don't know about the first one but I'm be very, very surprised if the second picture is an actual ad.
