Probably. I believe they cranked up production of the Nunavut plates in time for the G7 meeting in February. (http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/Politics/2010/02/02/12707966-qmi.html) Hey guys, I appreciate the spirit of the spartan conditions, but wouldn't Winnipeg in April have sent a similar message? (And you would have had sunlight!)
