OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

Yesterday's episode had more story lines than you could shake a snake at.

Last night's episode was, as the kids used to say around here, "teh balls."

Raylan & Boyd reunited. Tim & Colt gettin some good sidekick commiseration time in. More Deadwood vets than you could shake a cocksuckin stick at.

I like how this Drew Thompson story is bringing all of our favorite knuckleheads together.

I knew that FBI jerkwad was going to get killed. But I was still stunned by it when it happened. That's one of the reasons I love this show so much. Even the stuff I know is going to happen unfolds in a way that is exciting to behold. And there are enough twists and turns and I wish Winona was naked.

You know, the previous episode didn't really excite me all that much (until Ellen May up and R-U-N-N-O-F-T at the end). So the opening to episode 5, with Winona's cameo in the OBGYN waiting room and the FBI vs the Marshalls in another cliched jurisdictional cage match, honestly had me a bit worried that this season had started spinning its wheels. I found myself thinking, "I hope they haven't lost totally the plot here" and, literally a second later, Tobolowsky painted the blinds with his brains. I then punched myself in the dick for ever harboring a doubt.

Also: I don't think I'll ever tire of the way Wynn Duffy can swing from "menacing hard case" to "straight pissing his pants" from situation to situation. Life as a Tonin underboss is a walk along the knife's edge.

It's still true that there are two kinds of bad guys on this show. Bad guys and evil guys. And you never really know which one they are until the story plays out. Hell, I'm still trying to figure it out with Boyd.

You don't think that Boyd getting down on one knee was a Henry Winkler?

Yeah, but it sounds like we could be seeing ex-Sheriff Mosely soon...maybe he and Dewey are roomies?

Quite a body count tonight.  But then, there is a Dairy Queen franchise at stake.

I'm gonna throw down a Drew Thompson prediction: it's Shelby.

I would have to agree with you.  It's either him, or there's a massive swerve coming.

It was Mags Bennett. They're chasing a ghost.

I love that they didn't soften Arlo's character at the end. Telling Raylan to kiss his ass was a perfect sendoff for that old sumbitch.

Shelby: "If you pretend to be something long enough, at some point it's not pretending."

Damnit. That's too easy. But again, even though we've probably got this nailed I still expect to be wildly entertained by how this all plays out.

But then again, Shelby is hiding in plain sight with all these Detroit thugs coming hard after him. That's kind of odd.
