Mad Max: Fury Road

OK, this was fun.  Pretty predictable. Almost no dialogue.  Can't imagine it being very good on a small screen.

Real cars smashing other real cars with real pyrotechnics. Insane stunts. That's why you go.

So, go.

I'm trying to think of another film that I have less interest in seeing, and I can't.

It doesn't even have Kevin Costner or Dane Cook in it, for God's sake.

I won't see either, but I'd rather see this than the Entourage movie.
I can't believe I even know these people. I'm ashamed of my internet life.

Yes.  I'd rather slam my knackers in the fridge door than see the Entourage movie.

It's less of an actual movie and more just a couple of hours of high octane crazy being shoveled directly into your brain.

Also: predictable, Chuck? I mean, yeah, if you're going by plot, sure. Plot being about 1/10000th of the point of the movie. But I'm pretty sure you in no way predicted the level of pure adrenaline-soaked visual batshittery going on.

Also definitely worth it to stay to read the characters' names in the credits.

And I just learned the the main villain, Immortan Joe, was played by the same dude who played the Toecutter in the first Mad Max.

They almost had him play the same character. I forget why they changed the name.

Yes.  I'd rather slam my knackers in the fridge door than see the Entourage movie.

I saw an ad for this movie, and it was all douchebags leaving the theatre raving about it.

Say what you want, but they have their audience targeted.

Too bad it's a pinpoint target.

Going to assume this is some sort of anti-MRA conspiracy in which the Wiccan media suppresses the real box office numbers to make that new Melissa McCarthy movie look better and eventually vault her to the Presidency.
