Harvey Keitel and Michael Imperioli both look pretty fucking cool - I'll have to give it a shot.

I never saw the original, but based on these two actors and the premise this show does look like a good one.

I think she was lighter than a lot of the others, actually.

I hope it's good, too, and that it takes a cue from The Office and does its own thing after a few episodes.  You should definitely watch the original.  It's fantastic.

It's fantastic until the end.  The ending sucked.  He should have just died from the fall.

I just assumed, because the first time he went back he was in a coma, that the same thing happened the second time.  My bigger issue was his being able to actually control the "weird circumstances" that sent him back in the first place.

I would hope so.  It was basically the same start to the awesome BBC version.

I suspect Harvey Keitel was a bad choice as Gene Hunt.  For one thing, I couldn't understand a goddamn word he was saying.  For another thing, Sam Tyler could kick his ass.  Part of the awesomeness of the Guv was that he was physically intimidating, and would have smacked the shit out of Sam.

Also, they made Ray's character too likable.

I hope this ends up being good, though.
