OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

I've seen some fuckin shit in my day and suffered as much as any fan seemingly could for the Cubs and Bears and yet I still can't imagine how goddamn awful it must feel to be an Indians fan right now. God damn.

Maybe the asshole who sits by home plate should give those choke signs a rest.

Indians postseason appearances since 1995:

1995: Lost World Series
1996: Lost ALDS
1997: Blew World Series in 9th inning of G7
1998: Blew 2-1 ALCS lead vs Yankees
1999: Blew 2-0 ALDS lead vs Red Sox
2001: Blew 2-1 ALDS lead vs Mariners
2007: Blew 3-1 ALCS lead vs Red Sox
2013: Lost AL WC Game
2016: Blew 3-1 World Series lead vs Cubs
2017: Blew 2-0 ALDS lead vs Yankees.

So that's 10 playoff appearances total, in at least 8 of them they blew 1 or more games with a chance to advance/clinch a pennant/win the goddamn World Series. And that dude dares call other teams chokers.
I will vow, for the sake of peace, not to complain about David Ross between now and his first start next year- 10/26/2015

DPD, but just doing a quick look at the list of world series matchups I think Cleveland is actually the only franchise to have won 3 or more pennants since 1949 and not won a world series. The Padres and Rangers being the only others to have at least 2 pennants and no trophies. Couple other one-and-dones (Astros, Rays, Rockies).

And pretty sure the only way they even had the chance to blow that 2007 ALCS lead was because the big guy upstairs unleashed the midges of Lake Erie to fuck with Joba in the ALDS.

It's nice to know that any listing of current futility no longer contains the Chicago National League Baseball Club.

At least after 1945 the Cubs had the common decency to not even make a world series they weren't planning on winning anyway. Very considerate of them, really.

Probably why so many Chicagoans move in October. They never had to plan for baseball.

Add in the 1954 World Series, and then throw in the fact the Browns have been more garbage than the Bears (in two incarnations), the Cavs have come away with one NBA title, and you wonder why they even like SPORTZ in Northeastern Ohio.

Dusty Rhodes was Kyle Schwarber before Kyle Schwarber was even born.

Nats fans have been begging Dusty to start anyone over Werth's moldering corpse. Glad he didn't listen

Well Bryce Harper apparently refused comment when asked about Dusty's situation so I'm guessing he's not his biggest fan. Not even a cursory "we love playing for the guy."

As I saw someone say on twitter, the next season Chapman makes it through without publicly undermining his manager will be the first
