DPD.

Anyone try the Bell's Oberon Ale?

I had a guy tell me today that it's a must-have for summer.

I'm usually not a big wheat beer guy, but it did come highly recommended.

I recently had Bell's 2 Hearted Ale and the Kalamazoo Stout which were both excellent, though I'm not a big fan of their Amber.

I practically bathe in Bell's Oberon in the summer. It's not the greatest beer on earth or anything but's easy to get around here and I like it.

That's all I drank whilst in Michigan for this past long weekend.  It was all my in-laws stocked at their place and they they even had it on tap at the restaurant I ate at Sunday night--Boatwerks in Holland--which is right on the water and would seem to fit in with the "Oberon is a must for the summer" kind of beers.  Yes!

Why didn't you eat at Redamak's in New Buffalo like a real man?

Had Andy not erased the entire Desipihistory, I'd have linked to the "Out of Town Places" thread where I vouched for Redamaks and FatHands chimed in that he grew up on their tasty, tasty burgers.

That said, why would I go to Redamaks for dinner and beer when I was staying about 75 miles from there?

It's like you want me to get a DUI.

I just want to find out if the batteries in your Tronsuit would last for the whole 75 mile bike ride.

I refer to my lightcycle as a "machine", not a "bike", you sheep-hearted haggis-fucker.

Fucking a haggis would probably be pretty pleasurable.

Lagunitas IPA
On sale at Binny's 7.99 a six.
Hoppy but not so much that it would turn off those that aren't into bitter.
I thought it was pretty refreshing, I'll definitely be back.

I picked up a six for the Hawks game last night.
I made all gone.

I think top to bottom through the lineup, lagunitas makes the best beer. Never had a bad one.

Lagunitas is incredible. Probably one of my favorite beers. They really don't make a bad one but their IPA is one of the best I've had.

A friend's fridge this weekend had a lot of different beers in it this weekend. I decided to give the Bud wheat beer a try.. what a piece of watered down crap it was. Horrific.

I posted about this earlier - I thought their Brown Shugga was only okay.

On a totally separate note, I just had to send a link to the client about something, and instead sent him the link to the Haggis Beer.

Apparently the 3-day weekend is officially over.

Well since it's one of your clients, I'd assume he doesn't have a computer anyway.  You probably just wrote out the link on a piece of paper and faxed it to him.  No harm done.

DPD just to tell Slak...

I had some Newcastle this weekend for the first time in a looong time - the best thing I can say is that it's probably the most inoffensive beer known to man.
