This week's episode is going to be SO good.

Wait, which thread is this?

I thought you and Sullivan were watching 27 dresses Thursday?

You're confused.  My good friend PAUL SULLIVAN and I have excellent taste in movies.  Thursday's double feature is Top Gun and Spartacus.

Kerm is buying a ticket to Indiana Jones, but sneaking into the theater showing Sex and the City.
Don't read too much into any of it. It's Rozner. He's a fucking idiot.

No, I already checked.  They don't have any midnight showings.

I thought this was a pretty good episode.  Just when you think Michael is finally doing something right, he goes and fucks it all up.

I'm kind of confused with what they're doing with the season though.  I think this episode was supposed to just be during the summer, which they normally have a little recap of.  But if Ryan is the receptionist (which was awesome), 8 weeks went by in the episode, and Pam only has one month left, where does that put him when she gets back?

Either way, despite the fact that they tried to pack a whole bunch of plot and character development into an hour, it seems like a good start to what will hopefully be a redeeming year after the off-and-on fourth season.

I'm glad they got the Jim/Pam engagement over with so it doesn't turn into a soap opera.

Until there's some shit that inevitably drives them apart.  I'm not sure exactly what the point was showing her with that other guy at her school if she's just coming back to the office in a few weeks, but who knows.  Maybe it was just to fuck with people.
