OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

It's on Chicago avenue, just west of division.
Just west of ashland. I'm still drunk.

Did it move?  It was on Division for a lot of years.

I just realized last weekend that smoke daddy delivers. Now a winner is me many times in the next years. When I placed my order for a slab of ribs and fries, the guy delivered it in less than 20 minutes.

Is that the place around that River West industrial corridor near Milwaukee, Chicago and (wait for it...) Ogden?  Cuz I ate there shortly after they opened around 1999 or so and thought it sucked.  i had a pulled pork sandwich and the meat was all neatly tucked within the bun.  it was the least messy bbq sandwich I ever had and as anyone who's eaten over 1,000 lbs. of BBQ can attest to, that's not good.  Shortly after I ate there, I was reading a bunch of positive reviews about the place and it pissed me off.  Made me think someone with clout ran the place or something.  Anyway, the place is still there and people still speak well about it, so maybe I should give it another chance.  I just have a vision in my head of a BBQ sandwich that looks like it was made at Dairy Queen.

I'm on the corner of 1st and 1st?  How is that possible?

Jason Bay is very optimistic about the Pirates this year.

http://chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/sports/baseball/cubs/cs-080203-rogers-baseball-cubs-pitching,1,5830553.column

QuotePirates outfielder Jason Bay isn't exactly counting the days until he gets to camp in Bradenton, Fla. That's because rookie GM Neal Huntington made only minimal adjustments to the roster that produced a 68-94 record last season.

"It's pretty obvious that this group of guys is not going to get it done," Bay said. "Some people think if we get to .500, that would be great, and that would be a nice pat on the back. I'm not saying we're terrible, but it's going to take a lot of things going right to do some things."

Don't be surprised if Bay winds up elsewhere before the season is over. He's right on with his analysis, but the front office would prefer something it could use in an advertising campaign. And does "I'm not saying we're terrible" have a ring to it?

Dude's a Canadian.  'Nough said.

He's hilarious?

300-320 average for power. Good in all assets of the game. 500+ ft homeruns when he was 10. Plus personality and intelligence. Nice job Jim Hendry and Tim Wilkens.

MILWAUKEE CENTER FIELDER BILL HALL LEFT THE GAME IN THE BOTTOM OF THE SECOND INNING WITH AN APPARENT LOWER RIGHT LEG INJURY.

~ Yahoo!

Let's trade cedeno   Murton to them for Prince Fielder and Ben Sheets.

Well, Looper, Edmonds and Eckstein all just went on the DL.

That can't hurt.

And despite all that, here are the Cardinals; not f@#$ed, not imploding. However do they do it?

If Dusty was running that show, he'd cancel the season after their injuries. No holy water can help.

Wait, I thought Larry fixed him this offseason and that led to his ridiculous contract?

Had to wait until I got home. I don't much like that type of music, but I like that.. nicely done.

I don't think I can help you out about your apartment question, until you post your girlfiends' address here too.

How many girlfriends do you think I have? And why do you assume you'd even want any of their addresses?

Paul? "Chad"?

The way you "flow", I don't know. 70?

Also make sure to take some TP with you and dump in each and every apartment. This does two things-  A) it allows you time to think and reflect on your life and the potential apartment and B) it shows the landlord that you are the boss and that he should give the apartment to you at a reduced rate.

My guess is that it's an old rehab, not that it matters much.. I once checked out a "quiet, tree-lined" apartment that failed to mention the blue line ran literally 5 feet behind it, shaking the walls.  My only advice would be to bring your checkbook (to sign if you really like a place) and that the difference in price vs. quality is really up to the landlords. If you look at 25 places at the same price, 2-3 will stick out and the others won't be very nice in my experience.

I take full credit for that since I turned the game on just as Diaz was getting thrown out at first.

How did Turnbow look?

I didn't watch, but my guess is probably "emo."

Sensitive, yet disshoveled emo or poppy, punk inspired i-hate-my-shopping-mall emo?
