I wouldn't be surprised if it was La Russa. Lifetime achievement and all that, and DID YOU KNOW HE WENT TO LAW SCHOOL??? INTERESTING/WEIRD!

I'm hoping the P.R. hit from having McGwire and Canseco's manager policing the PED enforcement would make this a non-starter. After Selig's laissez faire 90s and aughts they have to at least pretend like they give a shit.

I'm kind of surprised to not see Torre listed, though I think his main problem is the fact that he's 73 right now.

Hmm, TJ actually left off Bob Brenly, who might actually take the time to write down the unwritten rules of baseball so everybody finally knows what they are.
