Welp the ol' health is taking another nose dive so I've been having a pal of mine update my teams over the last week and for the forseeable future.  I had a chance to check things today though and I see that my friend has been making comments on my team page, so I just want to throw out a disclaimer that if anyone is making rude comments under my name IT AIN'T ME.  This disclaimer has been brought to you by Square D, part of the power at Wrigley Field.

I'm scared that they will ruin this movie.  To put this whole "skewing the original material" into perspective, look at The Transformers movie.  To me, it completely bastardized the story/plot/mythos, yet people still went to see it in droves, and most of the folks liked it.  I thought it was a piece of shit, but I was glad to see a new generation be exposed to a great continuity. 

If they disgruntle lil' ol' me over a remake of a cartoon for the sake of hooking a new generation of the young kiddies, I can live with that.  If they fuck up GI Joe, I'll be mighty pissed, but what is one to do? 

Just put Firefly and/or Beachhead in the fuckin' movie and BE DONE WITH IT!

True, but that doesn't mean he can't be reminded how easy it was to beat him. And there is a chance that BC pulls it out too. About the same chance that Peter Dinklage is the next Mugsy Bogues, but there is a chance.

I'm figurin' that BC's gonna put loads more time into this league than anyone else.  But will that help?  Probably.  He should be ashamed if he loses to me.  I don't really know too much about baseball.
