I am an advocate of the process of a fast or detoxification regime. I am an advocate of the papain enzyme, and I personally follow this even in my regular regime. Note that HOT water should be used and that the process can go on for several days--up to five. At the request of a doctor in Santa Monica who followed my system, I observed a man who at the end of TEN days passed an odorous mass scoured from the intestinal wall! This is unusual!
