Despite my Jesse Eisenberg haterection, this looks fun.

I don't hate Woody Harrelson at all.  This looks almost Sean of the Dead fun, but more American-y.  Woody needs a slobby retard-type as a sidekick.

Instead he got this snarky, mopey, sack-jockey Eisenpube. Hopefully he doesn't ruin this movie like he did Adventureland (which kind of sucked anyway).

I didn't like him in Adventureland, but it's hard to blame it on him entirely.  The whole
movie was a train wreck as far as tone.  There was Kristen Wiig was playing a full out
rejected SNL character all the way to that dork playing five kinds of straight man.  The
director or whoever couldn't make up their mind about anything in the movie.

I wonder if Caddyshack would have ended up similar if they would have stuck with the
original premise of the caddies as the focus with that 80's equivalent of Eisenberg in the
lead instead of being rescued by the flood of real talent.

Despite my Jesse Eisenberg haterection...

I'm really curious to understand how anyone gets a Jesse Eisenberg haterection.

Because, honestly... Eisenwho?

Is it all due to Adventureland? Which "kind of sucked anyway"?

(Granted, I haven't seen either Adventureland or The Squid and the Whale, so maybe I've just missed the haterection boat.)

He sucks that much. I'm leading the charge on this - someone has to start the movement.

I'm sure I'm overreacting but he really, really sucks.

Hey... Far be it from me to talk a guy off his boner.

(Not for free, anyways.)

You're going to love this (http://www.variety.com/article/VR1118008990.html?categoryid=13&cs=1) movie:

QuoteColumbia Pictures and director David Fincher have set the core cast for "The Social Network," the Aaron Sorkin-scripted drama about the formation of Facebook.

Jesse Eisenberg will play Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg; Justin Timberlake will play Sean Parker, the Napster co-founder who became Facebook's founding president; and Andrew Garfield will play Eduardo Saverin, the Facebook co-founder who fell out with Zuckerberg over money.

I'm not sure where the Jesse Eissenberg hate comes from.  He's basically Michael Cera with a bigger head.

This movie was gold plated Keeley Hazel boobs wrapped in bacon.  Woody Harrelson was fantastic, and the movie was not only just a lot of awesome zombie-killing, but it was funny as hell.  Way funnier than The Office.  And more realistic.  I also think Emma Stone has gotten hotter with each movie she's been in.

It was entertaining but I think they could have had a little more senseless zombie killing in random ways.

Jebus (http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/2009/10/vet-kills-self-after-being-carded-at-movie-theater.html).

QuoteMUNCIE, Ind. - Police say a 21-year-old military veteran fatally shot himself inside a central Indiana movie theater shortly after he argued with employees over being asked to produce ID to see an R-rated film.

Muncie police say no one else was hurt at the theater, including the man's two brothers, a friend and eight others attending the horror comedy "Zombieland."

Other than the Bill Murray stuff, I thought this movie was lame and boring.

And Slaky, if you thought you hated Eisenberg before, wait until you listen to him narrate for the whole movie.

I'll give you the intro with the rules, Woody, and Bill Murray. So maybe 25% of it was worthwhile. The rest of it was a failure pile of 4 people (3 of which were unlikeable) hanging out not doing much of anything.

Finally saw it. Eisenstink didn't bother me as much as he did in Adventureland (hey, does this guy have to be in movies with a land suffix?) but he was still just kinda meh. I'd actually even say it wasn't him so much as the writing. It had some funny moments but the Bill Murray thing was more sad than funny. Not sure why - that scene was a real downer for me. And the fake hot girl and the fat kid from Sunshine Something Or Other were just ok. Woody was not really that believable as a bad ass.

World War Z it was not. 2.5 stars out of 5.
