League has been re-booted and invites have been sent to the email addresses registered for all prior owners.
If anyone who has been less active in the past (BC, Gil) wants to cede ownership to either another member or just relinquish their team - now is as good as time as any to be honest with yourself.
You're welcome to post your keepers here, but ultimately you'll need to enter them yourselves (unless you need help, and then I can do it) so posting them is not required.
ChuckD probably has a spreadsheet for all rosters if you're looking for your players' keeper status, but for reference, it's a 2-round bump from their previous draft slot and all players picked off waivers qualify for 13th round keeper status. Once you register your team, your roster from last year will show up.
Not planning on changing any rules for this year, unless people have specific requests to discuss.
Draft is currently scheduled for the last Sunday before the season starts at 8 pm fly-over state time.

This is the longest-running fantasy baseball league in desipio history. If you can't get up for this fantasy baseball league, then you probably don't like boobs, either.
Good God, I pick first? I knew I bottomed out at the end of the year when I tried to stockpile young players to pick from as keepers this year, but I finished behind BC? Oh, the shame.
If I keep this up, Wittenmyer's going to start writing about my debt load.

Not only do you pick first, but the guys who would have picked 2nd and 3rd are out of the league for inactivity.
That said, you can keep Junior Lake in the 13th.

I'd rather do 10 active than add two from outside or two more people that are only marginally involved.

I don't think any of those guys have a team. Maybe they don't want a team. We could always see if Pex wants to restart the Edgewater Rougetubers.

I'll tell you what I tell everyone who asks me to join a fantasy league.
If you're looking for somebody who loves the draft, sets his lineup diligently for the first 6 weeks of the season and then disappears at the 2 month mark, leaving all your trade e-mails unanswered while letting his team auto-pilot to a 7th place finish, I'm your guy.

Is there a rule on Waiver guys vs. drafted guys with the 13th round... Like, I have Gerrit Cole as a FA and Beltre who would be in the 13th round. One of them has to be a 12th rounder, but do I get to pick which one or no?
Regardless, subject to change for the next 10 days (though there isn't anything else to keep.)

I crunched the numbers and there's no way I should've lost. Get it? crunched the numbers?
You don't get it. Why do you not get it?
Yo, there's an opening for an active manager in the TCR fantasy baseball league. It costs money. I'm in it. There are some other guys in it. You get in it, too, if you ain't a poser. The keeper system is complex-ish, but not really. Some don't get it, though. The team you'd take over has Mig Cabrera, Jon Lester, and some other guys. It's actually not a bad team. You could do good with this team. First come, first serve.
You have 24 hours.
