On PBS. A topic that probably generates little sympathy on this Board. But Burns acquited himself very well in the first segment. He tied together the various movements (religion, Women's suffrage, jingoism, etc.) that lead to this colossally stupid Constitutional amendment. The idea of using the Constitution to promote a social agenda still resonates today. (Pex, did you catch that 19th Century photograph of Heinhold's Saloon toward the beginning of the show?)
