Seattle's good in that regard, but Portland is even better.  They've got more per capita than any other city in the world -- and a lot of them are just outstanding.

That's true for "best comedy series" but that was Scrubs' only nomination, while Earl got 5 noms- winning twice (comedy directing, comedy writing.)  The Office won outstanding comedy series.

I also liked Creed at the beginning where he said "That's Andrea, the office bitch."  And then he introduced himself to Meredith.  I think the show needs more Creed.
