You should have already gotten the points the moment you agreed to send the game.  The only time points are based on feedback is if someone "tips" you with points for delivering the game really quickly or in great condition.

On my account page, it says:

points traded: 1000 (will earn at positive feedback)

I wonder if that's just for games selling for a lot of points.  Or whether it's a new thing they're doing.

I think it's new, because it also happened for a game I sold for only 300 points.  I'm guessing maybe after a certain amount of time, when it's confirmed delivered, the points automatically get added.

But this makes me think, couldn't me and you just "trade" a 1000 point game with each other, send an empty box, and get all the points?

You should write a sitcom featuring this very plotline.  I'd DVR it.

You'll have to interact with an actual human if you deal with customer service on the phone, so I'd say try the internet.
