OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

Classic.  I love Eve Holt's quote.

I also liked this moment, when George Michael wakes up in the stair car only to find that his dad is taking him away from Maeby in Reno who had promised him the other half of his kiss and off to the cabin.

Michael: I almost had Pop-pop in Reno.
George Michael: Me too.

Earlier we had...

Michael: Why don't you take your cousin out front and pop a tent?

Then...I loved George Michael trying to explain to Maeby that he couldn't get up and leave the stair car after their kiss was interrupted by Lindsey because he wanted to "watch that famous Reno sunset."

Maeby: The sun's setting behind you.
GM: I'll use the mirrors.

Also a nice touch is that Henry Winkler is leaving the show to go to one on CBS (also Monday night--looks bad) and so they fired Barry Zuckercorn as their lawyer, only to replace him next week with...a lawyer played by Scott Baio.  Who else can you replace the Fonz with, but Chachi?

I liked how Kitty had a blue hand print on the top of her head.

Good one at the office when Michael was talking to his sister.  She had been sitting on the copier making copies of, among other things a car brochure she was looking at.  And she's just found out the stock has been upgraded from triple sell to don't buy.

Lindsey: We did it Michael! We're super rich again. I'm going to buy a car! A Volvo.
Michael: Lindsey, you're not going to start spending money, and this is not a Volv-O.
Lindsey: Oh that's from sitting on the copier.
.... later on
Michael: Glad i didnt spring for the color printer..

Tom Bosley and Marion Ross will appear in an episode this year playing the narrator's mother and father.  Andy Griffith is pissed.

They're re-running season two in it's entirety on Fridays the rest of the summer, the first four, yes four, episodes kick it off tomorrow night, then it'll be one or two a week until September 19 when it moves to it's new slot on Mondays and season three debuts.

How quickly we forget.  No matter what you think of him, it'll be hard to ever top Sammy's 2001.

The ball looked like it was going to stick in the ivy, then dropped out.  He'd have had third if he wanted it.  He either didn't know or didn't care.

All I know is that right now, nobody's as good at this playing baseball thing as Derrek Lee.

Probably none, this is the same Chip who tried to give Derrek's Gold Glove away to Albie all last year.

You'll notice that "Next on...Arrested Development" rarely ever is really on the next one.

If only Chip were still around to bleet out things like, "That ball is absolute-LEE belted!"

Saw Ep. III last night and really liked it.  It's not as good as Empire or the original, but I think it's better than Jedi and is easily the coolest looking movie ever made.  It's just unbelievable how much better the technology is over even Ep. II or the Lord of the Rings movies.

What I find amazing is that the actor who gives the best performance is Yoda.  He's great.  OK, that's not fair because Ian McDiarmid is excellent in this and they finally gave Ewan McGregor some actually intelligible dialog for once.  Nothing like wasting him for two movies.

Hayden Christiansen is horrendous.  If this was Star Wars: Project Greenlight, they'd have gotten a note from the studio to get him in the Darth Vader costume as soon as possible.  Maybe have him wear the helmet the whole movie and have James Earl Jones do his dialog for him.

Natalie Portman looked great, even if she's preggers the whole time, there's only one scene where she is wearing ludicrous hair accessories...that leather football helmet thing...and the first time we see her, well she's got the Princess Leia hair going, which I'm sure caused thousands of 40 year old virgins to get under thier own Jedi robes during the midnight showings Wednesday.

Great movie, I might even go see it again before it comes out on DVD just to look at the damn thing, because you know there's all kinds of stuff you missed the first time.  I just wish that Phantom Menace had never happened, that the prequel trilogy started with Attack of the Clones and that Lucas could have made two full-length movies out of this one.  Oh, well.  Nobody can ever force us to watch Phantom Menace again.  Except maybe Liam Neeson.

I watched Jedi again on Monday night and I skipped through any chapter with an Ewok in it until the very end, because I turned the commentary on to find out why the hell Lucas added Hayden Christensen as Anakin to the scene at the very end where Luke sees Yoda, Ben and his pappy.

Without the Ewoks, Jedi is tree-mendous.  With them, it's, well, a lot less tree-mendous.

That could be, but doesn't that make Ian's decision even worse?  He gave up a spot in the finals for somebody even he wouldn't vote for?

I hope Fox learns from what they found out with 24 this year.  They are running 24 in 24 consecutive weeks and the ratings have never been higher, even though it doesn't have it's old American Idol lead in.

With a show like Arrested where the jokes build from one show to the next Fox needs to pick a time slot and leave it (which, to its credit it did this year behind The Simpsons), but don't take it off for two or three weeks at a time.  It's easy to get lost.

I also, can't wait for the Season Two DVDs, which I think I read are due out in September.

They are going to run season two again this summer, too.
