2007 BBC six part series that's on Instant Watch now.

It was recommended to me by a Twitter person because I couldn't find anything to watch. It's a Moffat joint and boy howdy it is fucked up and really good. I'm through 4 episodes and expect to finish tonight. Get this in your queue if you haven't seen it.

Also Michelle Ryan.

I really liked this. I don't think many people did. I also think many people are scared off by the length and confusing premise.

I think if you a) watch it in two parts and b) try to enjoy the movie vs. worrying about a linear story it really works.

It's not perfect by any means. White people in Asian make up is always hilarious.

But I really liked it.

Saw this last night at Century. Great movie. If you like explorers or just adventure stuff this is well worth the two hours.

So after a crap start this guy has been pretty great. Like great. Not good. Great.

Wonder what becomes of him. Do they deal him?

Not the worst way to spend an hour. The vikings themselves look pretty bad ass and the wife of the main protagonist is really hot and strong.

It's based on Ragnar Lodbrok and there's all kinds of talk about Valhalla and Odin and they're pretty much starting to raid England.
