As some of you are no doubt aware, I have a certain aversive issue with the mail. But I screwed up my courage tonight, because the tension had reached the tipping point.

It appears that when going through this, I opened something not actually addressed to me. To wit, a DMCA nastygram. In pertinent detail,

QuoteCopyright Owner: Digital Sin Inc
Unauthorized File Name: Big Dick In A Little Chick 2.mp4
Unauthorized Hash: [I'm not going to bother typing this]

Etc., etc. Now, this is of no particular concern to me, but the question is whether I have an ethical obligation to hand this off to some relevant party, being the building's net connection and all.

[Edit.--I should perhaps make perfectly clear that, no, this was not mine.]

It's just regular ol' porn, nothing illegal.

Loor and I came acrossks like opatoets.

Thanks, jailbird.

Who has advice on installing a solid state harddrive?  I currently have a Sony Vaio F Series (about 11 months old) and am looking to remove the 850 gb conventional hard drive with a 500 gb SSD that I just acquired.

Should I do a disk clone or just install the SSD and do a complete re-installation of Windows 7 (and transferring the data after Windows is installed?)

I'll hang up and listen to my answer.
This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.

Since you have to do a transfer anyway, why not just clone it and save the time/headache of reinstalling the OS?

The question is whether the machine will boot from the intermediate, external, apparently USB disk.

I would do a fresh install and then transfer the data, but that's just me and is based upon what appears to be an unfounded concern about Windows. Apparently cloning Windows 7 and 8 does not present all the problems and hassles that it did with Vista and XP. Here's a guide on cloning from Lifehacker: http://lifehacker.com/5837543/how-to-migrate-to-a-solid+state-drive-without-reinstalling-windows

Are any of the resident accountants competent to ascertain whether a Form 990 looks fishy?

OK, forget the Form 990s. Is it normal for the issuance of stock warrants to be booked as an expense?

I don't know about that, but check your alley: I left the box of clothes for you next to what I assume is the green dumpster for your building.  Looking south from your alley, its next to the dumpster closest to the playground.

Oh, this is great. When did you go from 36/32 to 34/34? And, if I may, what is that fragrance?

Yes it is, to the extent the fair market value of the underlying stock exceeds the strike price (same treatment for options as well)
Andre Dawson paid his $1,000 fine for the Joe West incident with style. Dawson wrote ``Donation for the blind`` in the memo section of his personal check.

A while ago.  Several family members also gave gifts of clothing without knowing my exact size, so they just guessed.

The fragrance might be Acqua di Gio.  If it smells recent, then it might be Nautica.  Anything else, and it might be the closet at the condo where it was stored.
