I saw 10 minutes of this show in the Dr.'s office waiting room today. Garbage.

Not by a longshot. But besides the writing, acting and editing it was... nah, it was just bad. The dude and his woman broke into some office building and stole... phone records? And while he was hacking the computer to steal the phone records - a narrator's voice told me that was what he was doing, thank goodness - the chick ripped posters off of walls and spray painted the place - a narrator's voice said that was so that it looked like a disgruntled ex-employee had done it. Then there was a bit of witty, nonchalant banter between the two while a huge explosion from a tiny bit of material lit on fire in a trash can went off. And they walked out together. It was very NCIS. Only worse.

Dude, you know the dude?

That's the narrator, dude.

When you're a spy, it's important to supply a running commentary explaining everything you do. But, whether you're assassinating a foreign diplomat in Kiev, running a false-flag op in the Balkans or just breaking into to some office in South Beach to steal their phone records, usually three examples will suffice.

Or something. I just prefer that directors show rather than tell. In most cases the running commentary is there to add something useful to the plot, not just explain what the fuck is going on. It's dickless.

Well, duh.  NCIS is good.

Christ on a Bike! I saw this movie one time and I enjoyed it because it was about a guy who likes softball, beer, weed, boobs and beer. I had a laugh or two along the way. I have a few friends who also enjoy those things and might also enjoy this movie so I suggest anyone who is interested see it. If you don't like it, I won't get asshurt. It's entirely possible that this movie is crap and upon a second viewing I'd realize that.

It is definitely true that Burn Notice is a bad show. That's why it's on USA for fuck sake. Jesus.

So, what you seem to be saying is: it may well have been a shitty movie and, in any case, was hardly Citizen Kane, but you still managed to enjoy it nonetheless on its own merits.

Funny how that works.

Navi Rawat just had a story arc. She's cute, but she actually brought the acting quality down.
